IT /Network Technician/MIS Executive

Role & responsibilities

Software Setup & Configuration:

• Assist in the setup and configuration of cloud services, ensuring that all software is operational and meets organizational requirements.
• Configure and troubleshoot email systems, including Outlook and Gmail, to ensure seamless email communication.
• Install and configure antivirus software, ensuring all systems are protected against potential threats.
• Provide support for Windows installation and configuration on various devices.
• Set up and maintain local area network (LAN) configurations.
• Oversee server settings and configurations to guarantee proper device connectivity and functionality.
• Manage Wi-Fi configurations and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Configure Bluetooth settings on devices for optimal performance.

Hardware Maintenance & Support:

• Provide technical support for hardware changes and upgrades, particularly for laptops and desktop computers.
• Assist with cartridge refills for printers and ensure that all printing devices are functioning properly.
• Troubleshoot all-in-one printers and resolve printer-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems for security monitoring and surveillance.

Software Applications:

• Support the CRM system (Zoho) with implementations and ongoing maintenance.
• Manage mass mailing campaigns and assist with accompanying software.
• Provide assistance and troubleshooting for graphic design software including Photoshop and Corel Draw.
• Participate in website design projects, ensuring responsive design and functionality.
• Assist in the implementation of ERP systems and ensure integration with existing processes.
• Develop advanced management information systems (MIS) to enhance decision-making processes.
• Implement and maintain a document management system for efficient document handling and storage.
