MOCA - Account Manager - Influencer Marketing (3-5 yrs)

Role Overview:

- This is a fulltime remote role for an Account ManagerInfluencer Marketing at Moca Technology.

- The role involves managing influencer campaigns, fostering relationships with influencers, developing strategies, and analyzing campaign performance.

Role Description:

- Manage 23 brand accounts while maintaining highquality client services.

- Take initiative on client needs and always think ahead.

- Understand full client needs and communicate them to the campaign team.

- Manage 12 entrylevel employees to support account management needs.

- Coordinate with the creative team for strategy on creative campaigns.

- Use cultural research and trends to develop campaign concepts.

- Develop briefs and guidelines for influencer campaigns.

- Support the sales team in pitch creation.

- Identify emerging cultural trends and diverse marketing opportunities.

- Understand and be empathetic towards other cultures and subcultures.

- Manage campaign communications and updates to the brand.

Qualifications:

- Experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Analytical skills to measure campaign results and optimize strategies.

- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
