Kubernates Engineer - CI/CD Pipeline (8-12 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and high-performance Kubernetes Operators using Go or other suitable languages.

- Implement comprehensive automated testing and robust CI/CD pipelines for Operators, ensuring maximum reliability and efficiency.

- Proactively troubleshoot and debug complex Operator issues, ensuring high availability, performance, and optimal user experience.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate Operators into existing infrastructure and workflows.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Kubernetes, Operators, and cloud-native technologies, driving innovation within the team.

- Mentor junior engineers, fostering their growth and development within the Kubernetes ecosystem.

- Contribute significantly to the open-source community by sharing knowledge, best practices, and

innovative solutions.

- Participate actively in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow engineers, ensuring code quality and maintainability.

- Develop and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation for all Operators.

Qualifications :

- 8-12 years of proven experience in software development, with a strong focus on Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.

- Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture, including advanced concepts such as deployments,

services, namespaces, custom resources, and operators.

- Expert-level proficiency in Go programming language.

- Extensive experience with Operator Framework and best practices for Operator development.

- In-depth knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and container registries.

- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.

- Solid experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with a focus on identifying root causes and

implementing effective solutions.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively convey

complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
