About:
- We are seeking an experienced CRM Professional to join our team in Hosur.

- You will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to improve customer interactions and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and support, to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage the CRM system and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility.
- Design and execute customer outreach programs, including email campaigns and promotional activities.
- Provide training and support to team members on CRM tools and best practices.
- Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management.
