Artificial Intelligence Engineer - LLM/NLP (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Large Language Models (LLM), with hands-on experience in GCP, Pytorch, TensorFlow, and Python. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions to solve complex problems and enhance the capabilities of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement AI and ML models using frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.

- Work with Large Language Models (LLM) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for developing innovative solutions.

- Build, train, and optimize ML models to improve product performance and intelligence.

- Deploy AI and ML models to production environments using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud platforms.

- Analyze and preprocess large datasets to train AI models effectively.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into the overall product.

- Evaluate and improve model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

- Stay updated on the latest trends in AI, ML, and related technologies to continually enhance the systems.

- Document AI models and frameworks for knowledge sharing and future development.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in AI, ML, and LLM.

- Hands-on expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI/ML frameworks.

- Strong proficiency in Python for machine learning and data analysis.

- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native machine learning tools.

- Strong knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

- Understanding of deep learning concepts, neural networks, and advanced AI algorithms.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex AI projects.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on delivering results.
