Security Administrator - Azure Sentinel (2-7 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Security Administrator specializing in Azure Sentinel to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cloud security principles and experience in managing security operations, particularly using Azure Sentinel.

Responsibilities :

- Administer and manage Azure Sentinel, including setup, configuration, and optimization of security monitoring capabilities.

- Monitor security alerts, incidents, and logs for potential threats and vulnerabilities.

- Conduct security investigations and perform incident response to mitigate risks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve security posture and compliance across cloud environments.

- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation related to Azure Sentinel.

- Utilize threat intelligence and analytics to enhance security measures and incident response.

- Implement and manage security alerts and automation within Azure Sentinel.

- Provide training and support to team members on security best practices and tools.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Security Administrator or in a similar role, specifically with Azure Sentinel.

- Strong understanding of cloud security concepts and best practices.

- Experience in security operations, incident response, and threat management.

- Proficiency in security monitoring tools and techniques.

- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks is a plus.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
