Data Scientist - R/Python (2-5 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights, patterns, and trends that drive business decision-making.

- Develop predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to solve business problems and optimize processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, and marketing) to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.

- Prepare and present clear reports, visualizations, and dashboards that communicate complex data insights effectively to stakeholders.

- Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance, making adjustments as necessary to maintain accuracy and relevance.

- Stay updated on the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and analytics to leverage new tools and methodologies.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

- Proven experience in data science and machine learning, with a strong command of Python, R, SQL, and popular libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, Tensor Flow).

- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model selection.

- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues and communicate insights effectively.

- Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
