Role & responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers requesting modifications in their purchased properties.
• Educate customers on modification policies, feasibility, timelines, and cost implications.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance overall satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Modification Request Management

• Receive and document customer modification requests, ensuring clarity and feasibility assessment.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to evaluate modification requests.
• Provide customers with detailed modification plans, approvals, cost estimates, and timelines.
• Ensure all modifications comply with regulatory guidelines, structural safety standards, and project constraints.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Liaise with internal teams, including project execution, design, procurement, and legal, to facilitate seamless modifications.
• Monitor modification work execution and resolve any customer concerns during the process.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of modification requests, approvals, and execution status.
• Generate reports on modification trends, customer feedback, and operational efficiency for senior management.
• Ensure contracts and agreements related to modifications are properly documented and signed.

Process Improvement & Customer Experience Enhancement

• Identify areas for improving the modification process to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct periodic reviews and feedback sessions with customers to refine modification offerings.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in CRM, customer service, or project coordination within real estate/construction.
• Technical Skills: Understanding of architectural drawings, construction processes, and interior modifications.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Technology: Proficiency in CRM software, ERP systems, and MS Office.
