- Consistency: Maintain consistency in language usage, terminology, and formatting throughout the document or publication
- Formatting and Layout: Check for consistency in formatting, including headings, subheadings, bullet points, numbering, fonts, and spacing
- Ensure that the document follows the prescribed style guide or formatting guidelines
