- The Sales Head of an IT Recruitment Consultancy plays a crucial role in driving the overall sales strategy and direction of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in IT recruitment.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and the IT market.

- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
