Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement bulk hiring strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new talent pools and sourcing channels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications, assessing candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct bulk interview events, including job fairs and open houses.
- Facilitate candidate assessment processes, including skills assessments and tests.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
- Negotiate job offers and employment terms with selected candidates.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
- Conduct follow-up with new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Stay updated on industry trends to remain competitive in talent acquisition.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on bulk hiring.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Experience with data analytics tools to measure recruitment effectiveness.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of successful candidate sourcing and hiring.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in conducting training sessions for hiring managers and interviewers.
- Ability to identify talent gaps and recommend solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the industry.
- Certifications in talent acquisition (AIRS, PHR) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel for recruitment events as needed.
