Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc. Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy and incorporate them into our strategy as appropriate. Collaborate with the business development team to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing goals and campaigns. Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, algorithm changes, and industry trends. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and optimization. Implement and manage social media contests, giveaways, and other promotional activities. Stay informed about our industry, competitors, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer feedback in a timely and professional manner.
