Job Description

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead team of engineers to review and analyze experimental data looking for device performance shift
- Work with Yield Analysis team in US and Japan to develop new tools for data analysis and implement machine learning technique to enhance analysis efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with TD YA team to develop new techniques and identify creative and innovative ways to use existing analysis tools in order to identify relevant process issues
- Build a continuous improvement culture and create effective best known methodologies sharing forums!
- Mentor engineers to develop skills along with capabilities in project management
- Conduct performance management by creating objectives and tracking leading indicators
- Maintain efficient and effective allocation of resources to ensure optimal performance of the team
Successful candidates for this position will have:
- Excellent technical, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience in leading multi-functional teams to successful resolution of complex problems
- Proficient data analysis, and statistical techniques skills
- Knowledge in device physics, CMOS operation and understanding on memory cell -operation
- Ability to lead by example in demonstrating Micron values and leadership competencies
- Consistent record to lead successful projects while mentoring, coaching, and effectively developing other engineers
- Programming skills, including Python or R, and SQL. Java or Jmp scripting knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, work environment
- Good understanding of semiconductor processing
Experience:
Minimum experience is a Senior Engineer or Engineer Supervisor with at least 5+ years-experience in semiconductor.
Education:
Masters or Bachelors degree with 5 years of industry related experience; in one of the following: Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Physics, or related field.
