Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Lead team of engineers to review and analyze experimental data looking for device performance shift
Work with Yield Analysis team in US and Japan to develop new tools for data analysis and implement machine learning technique to enhance analysis efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate with TD YA team to develop new techniques and identify creative and innovative ways to use existing analysis tools in order to identify relevant process issues
Build a continuous improvement culture and create effective best known methodologies sharing forums!
Mentor engineers to develop skills along with capabilities in project management
Conduct performance management by creating objectives and tracking leading indicators
Maintain efficient and effective allocation of resources to ensure optimal performance of the team
Successful candidates for this position will have:
Excellent technical, communication, and presentation skills
Experience in leading multi-functional teams to successful resolution of complex problems
Proficient data analysis, and statistical techniques skills
Knowledge in device physics, CMOS operation and understanding on memory cell -operation
Ability to lead by example in demonstrating Micron values and leadership competencies
Consistent record to lead successful projects while mentoring, coaching, and effectively developing other engineers
Programming skills, including Python or R, and SQL. Java or Jmp scripting knowledge is a plus
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, work environment
Good understanding of semiconductor processing
Experience:
Minimum experience is a Senior Engineer or Engineer Supervisor with at least 5+ years-experience in semiconductor.
Education:
Masters or Bachelors degree with 5 years of industry related experience; in one of the following: Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Physics, or related field.
