Job Title: Employee Relations Head
Reports to: HR Director/CHRO
Location: Gurgaon
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Employee Relations Head to lead our employee relations function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing employee relations strategies, policies, and procedures to foster a positive and productive work environment. The Employee Relations Head will provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, and will work closely with other HR functions to ensure alignment and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement employee relations strategies, policies, and procedures to promote a positive and productive work environment.
2. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
3. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances, and provide recommendations for resolution.
4. Collaborate with other HR functions, such as talent management, benefits, and compensation, to ensure alignment and consistency.
5. Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees on employee relations topics, such as conflict resolution, communication skills, and performance management.
6. Analyze employee relations data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for action.
7. Partner with leadership to develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
9. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including grievances, appeals, and disciplinary actions.
10. Develop and manage the employee relations budget.
Requirements:
1. MBA in Human Resources or related field.
2. Minimum 10 years (maximum16) of experience in employee relations, HR, or related field.
3. Proven track record of success in managing complex employee relations issues.
4. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
