About Our Client:
Our client is a VC backed, innovative fintech company headquartered in the US with a subsidiary in Bangalore, India. To date, they have financed ~100 startups, with a presence in 15 countries globally.
Job Description:
- As the Head of Marketing, the candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the client's marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- You will work closely with the executive team to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure effective reach out to the target audience of early-stage SaaS founders. This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership skills.
The Successful Applicant:
- 8+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on B2B marketing in the fintech or SaaS industry.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Bachelor's / master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record and strong understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, and content marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing an end-to-end marketing strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- (Preferred) Experience with marketing to a global audience and generating leads in India, USA, Europe, and Latin America.
