We are looking for an experienced Lead/Senior Laravel Developer to join our dynamic development team at MG Marketsoft India Pvt. Ltd. In this role, you will take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications using the Laravel framework. You will also mentor junior developers, oversee best practices, and ensure the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and maintenance of web applications using Laravel.

- Architect, design, and implement scalable solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.

- Optimize application performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with front-end developers and integrate user-facing elements with backend logic.

- Manage and implement third-party API integrations.

- Participate in project planning, estimation, and sprint discussions.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Laravel and web development.

Requirements:

- 5-15 years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on Laravel.

- Proficiency in PHP and deep understanding of the Laravel ecosystem.

- Proficiency in MySQL or other relational databases.

- Exposure to other PHP frameworks like CodeIgniter is a plus.

- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify is advantageous.

- Strong front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and API architecture.

- Proficiency with version control systems.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Ability to lead a team, manage priorities, and work independently.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
