DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION Job title: Site Supervisor Qualification : B.SC GRADUATE or Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent. Company: Metalkraft Engineering Private Limited. Company Profile : Established in the year 2013 , we are into manufacturing of commercial kitchen establishments , Garbage Chutes and waste management equipment’s which are manufactured at our works and installed at various installations throughout India . We are supplying to Government as well as Private Sector both . Primary sector real estate , construction and infrastructure sectors . JOB PROFILE :

1. Supervision of Ongoing Projects at site and coordination with workers and site client team .
2. Checking of quality of work done at site and proper and smooth execution of projects .
3. Visiting sites for survey before execution of projects.
4. RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Maintain accurate records of site documentation and reports.
• Manage site activities, including material receipt, storage, and issue management.
• Daily reports to be shared to the management.
• Share quotations and proposals to the respective clients.
• Visiting Sites and managing projects whenever required.

1. REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent networking and relationship building skills.
• Strong sales acumen. Presentable and trustworthy.
• Must have driving license.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
• Open for travelling throughout Northern India.

1. Conveyance will be provided by the company.
2. Company will provide official contact number.
3. Employee has to do both Office visit and Site visit whenever required by the hierarchy.

Salary : 15,000 per month(in hand) for first 3 months of training period and thereafter salary will be increased as per performance basis and also will be registered in payroll. NOTE – CANDIDATE HAS TO STAY IN NOIDA OR GREATER NOIDA .
