Hiring Process for Creative Strategist with Client.

1. Assignment Round

This initial round is designed to gauge the candidates creative capabilities and
understanding of performance marketing.

Task: The candidate will be asked to create or write an ad and optionally produce a short
video ad. This assignment should reflect their ability to think strategically, craft
compelling copy, and demonstrate a clear understanding of Facebook Ads Manager.

Evaluation: Review the quality of ideas, creativity, execution, and alignment with current
ad trends. If the assignment is engaging and shows potential, they move on to the next
step.

2. Past Work Experience and Problem-Solving Round

Objective: Here, the goal is to explore the candidates previous work and see how they
approach challenges in their role.

Discussion Points:
Discuss past projects, their role, and the outcomes.
Present hypothetical or real-life challenges to evaluate problem-solving skills,
resourcefulness, and adaptability.
Understand their familiarity with metrics for evaluating ad performance and
making data-driven improvements.
Evaluation: Select candidates whose experience and problem-solving skills align with
the teams needs and who show depth in creative strategy and analysis.

3. Culture Fit Round

Setting: In-person or virtual, this round assesses alignment with the team s culture.
Goal: Determine if the candidate resonates with the company s values, team dynamics,
and work environment.
Focus Areas: Communication style, attitude toward collaboration, openness to
feedback, and ability to thrive within the team s culture.

Position: Creative Strategist (Performance Marketing)

Overview:
We are seeking a Creative Strategist who lives and breathes digital marketing, especially
performance-driven campaigns on platforms like Facebook. The ideal candidate will be able to
craft persuasive ad copies, conceptualize creative strategies, and keep a pulse on emerging
trends to help drive our brand s growth. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on
creation of impactful ads and campaign assets, making it a key part of our marketing team.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute data-backed ad strategies with a focus on
Facebook Ads Manager.
Creative Production: Collaborate with the design and video editing teams to produce
scroll-stopping ads, with some hands-on involvement in copywriting and basic video
editing.
Copywriting and Content: Write compelling ad copies that convey the brand message
effectively and prompt user engagement.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, new ad formats, and creative
techniques.
Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze ad performance data, adjust strategies, and
optimize creatives to meet campaign KPIs.

Qualifications:
Proven experience with Facebook Ads Manager and performance-driven creatives.
Strong understanding of video production, editing basics, and ad copywriting.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt creatives accordingly.
Demonstrated ability to innovate, stay on top of trends, and think strategically.
