Application Development & Reports
Manage Workflows
Testing
Document Version Controls Alerts
End to End System Integration Testing
Deployment
L2 & L3 support on the applications using SMT P5 support process

Any activities related to:
L1 support activities
Installation and configuration of Application / Database servers
Installation of any software and tools
Installation and configuration of .NET framework in end user machines
Application Server / Database server / Environment maintenance
Application / Database server upgrade / migration
Cloud hosting of applications
Enhancement / development of applications in old versions of Microsoft software (e.gClassic ASP)
and .NET framework which are no more supported by Microsoft. However, any minor changes
feasible will be mutually agreed upon and taken up accordingly. Authentication security.
