Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Trainee located in Bengaluru South. The Quality Trainee will be responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards by inspecting materials, processes, and finished goods, identifying defects, documenting findings, and collaborating on corrective actions to maintain product quality and compliance

Qualifications

Analytical Skills, Quality Control, and Quality Auditing

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of quality assurance principles and methodologies

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Basic understanding of quality management systems and industry standards

Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
