Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role. The MERN Stack Developer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js technologies, along with a strong understanding of software development processes and front-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to meet project requirements and deadlines.

- Create and manage RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end interfaces and ensure robust API design.

- Develop responsive user interfaces using React.js and optimize front-end performance to enhance user experience.

- Design and manage MongoDB schemas, implement efficient query handling, and ensure data security and integrity.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and QA engineers, to deliver quality solutions.

- Perform unit testing and integration testing, identify and fix bugs or performance bottlenecks, and ensure application reliability.

- Use Git for version control to manage code repositories and deploy applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in the MERN stack and propose improvements to development processes and codebases.

Qualifications :

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

- Proven experience in developing and maintaining web and mobile applications.

- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

- Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
