Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to your team members, empowering them to achieve their full potential.
- Motivate and inspire your team to consistently exceed individual and collective sales targets.
Strategic Sales & Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize sales growth and achieve established targets.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and exceeding their expectations.
- Manage client portfolios (if applicable), making informed investment decisions and ensuring optimal performance.
Sales Excellence & Performance Management:
- Demonstrate exceptional sales skills by actively driving sales, closing transactions, and fostering robust client relationships.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and actionable insights to drive improvement.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to keep management informed and track progress towards achieving goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2-3 years of demonstrably successful experience in sales within the finance or banking industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and coach a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products and services (if applicable).
- A self-directed and results-oriented individual with a passion for success
