MergerWare - Lead Web/Graphic & UX Designer - Photoshop/Infographics (2-6 yrs)

Job brief :

A UI Designer is a technical role that is responsible for presenting a product's development in a way that is attractive and convenient for users. A UI designer is responsible for creating interactive programs that enhance a customer's experience with a brand and facilitate an enjoyable experience on the business's website. UI designers also need to have a working understanding of coding and transfer the brand's strength through the interface of a product.

Description :

- Person who worked with Product firms (SaaS/Software Firm) will be given preference if they have good design and creativity.

- MergerWare is seeking a creative, thoughtful, and customer-obsessed user experience designer to help us create the future of digital M&A platform.

- Your primary focus will be to build product design that is intuitive, easy to use and customer-focused which provides a superior experience working in close collaboration with customers, business, product, technology, and design teams across locations.

- You will get the opportunity to work on a new emerging M&A platform for global markets hence your creativity and understanding global user's mindset will be key to drive the product design.

- Should have worked with customers for user research interviews & surveys.

Responsibilities :

- Graphic Designing for Digital Media, 2D/3D Motion graphics, GIFs, videos, creative images, product videos, infographics, email templates, sales & marketing collaterals

- Technical & Professional Requirements

- Collaborate with product management, and Sales and Marketing Team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience

- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to developers

- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks

- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, mock ups, prototypes and site maps to effectively

- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and senior level stakeholders

- Design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e., color theory, visual weight, etc.)

- Ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities in line with client and architectural requirements

- Ensure continual knowledge management & Communicate interaction and design ideas

- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback

- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards

- Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working with the staff at all levels. Good project/time management and problem-solving skills

Skills : Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, HTML5, CSS

Requirements :

- Minimum 2 years of web/Graphic design & UI/UX design experience.

- The expertise/proficiency in standard UX software such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills or other visual design and wireframing tools

- Should have experience in user-centred design (UCD), planning & conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility concerns

- Exposure to mobile-first and responsive design

- Possession of creative flair, conceptual/visual ability, and originality, with a user system interaction mindset

- Has experience in working in an Agile/Scrum development process

Qualifications :

- Degree / master's in graphic design, Fine Arts, BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a Visual Arts subject or related field

- Able to supply an up-to-date portfolio of own work

- Any bachelor's degree with relevant design work experience
