Job Summary:
As a DevOps Engineer specializing in Infrastructure Automation, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure automation solutions using cutting-edge technologies such as Kubernetes (K8S), Terraform, and cloud platforms like AWS and GCP. You will collaborate closely with development, operations, and other teams to streamline our deployment pipelines, improve scalability, and enhance reliability.

Primary Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure automation solutions using Kubernetes (K8S) for container orchestration and Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC).
Contribute to IaC testing framework, IaC testing approach and the process
Managing infrastructure changes in internal and production envs to make sure they meet the resiliency expectations.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and ensure continuous integration and delivery of software applications.
Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability in cloud environments (AWS and GCP).
Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure the health and performance of our infrastructure and applications.
Drive best practices for security, scalability, and reliability in infrastructure design and implementation.
Provide support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues, including performance tuning and optimization.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to infrastructure automation, cloud computing, and DevOps practices.
Managing the releases of IaC components made by the IaC developers.
Understanding the impact of the IaC changes without being able to refer to a tangible application under test.
Participating in IaC technical design conversations and planning meetings.

Required Skills:
Mandatory Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
5+ years of experience in a DevOps or Infrastructure Automation role.
Strong expertise in infrastructure automation using Kubernetes (K8S) and Terraform.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and GCP.
Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI).
Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Good to Have:
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer).
