Job Description:

Mercowis Solutions is seeking a motivated and passionate Backend Developer with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot and be proficient with MySQL , Flyway , and JPA . Experience with building and maintaining RESTful APIs is essential. Strong communication skills in English are also required. We offer a hybrid working model that allows flexibility while fostering collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot .
Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs to support frontend services and third-party integrations.
Manage and optimize MySQL databases.
Implement Flyway for database versioning and migration.
Work with JPA for data access and perform CRUD operations.
Collaborate with the front-end team to integrate APIs and ensure smooth delivery of features.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in English .

Skills and Requirements:

Proficiency in Java , Spring Boot , MySQL , Flyway , JPA , and RESTful API development.
Strong understanding of backend development practices and API integration.
Knowledge of database design and performance optimization.
Strong communication skills in English , both written and verbal.
