• Manage Milli Q Work Orders after reviewing mandatory parameters followed with sending email to customer for asking the PO hardcopy, prepare technical quotes for spare parts and billable repairs (BRQ) and do follow-up
• Assign the Lab queue cases to the respective belongings by reviewing quote and PO
• Entry the product code stocks in oracle according to the stock adjustments country ownership
• Closing the BioM RMA Billable repairs queue cases by emailing to the customer for service order request confirmation with shipping instructions after reviewing the mandatory docs only for BioM products

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• With the above scope of responsibility, managing workflow of transactional activity
• Creating effective communication on process during BCP and internal resource availability
• Completing task within SLA agreed timeline and quality metrics and service objectives
• Creating critical review on non GXP activities
• Implementing changes aligned to change management and strategic requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Master s degree (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Organic/Physical Chemistry
• Basic knowledge on Analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc)
