Job Description
- Assist CMD in the preparation and presentation of business strategy, proposals, budgets and data analysis.
- Assist CMD in preparation of data documentation for key decision-making.
- Collaborate for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness and impact of strategic initiatives and the impact of investments.
- Comprehensive administrative support, organizing calendar of the CMD collaborating with board and senior management team.
- Service the board including the production of agendas, minutes and key papers.
- Developing maintain healthy client relationship building Rapport with TOP govt. officials, bankers, investors etc.
- Willing to travel extensively.
- Must possess Sound knowledge of secretarial function
- Must be high on confidentiality
- Must be highly Tech Savvy
- Must possess Strong business acumen
- Must possess expertise in building relationships with internal as well as external stakeholders and business partners.
- Must have an excellent command over English language.
- Working knowledge of Hindi, Marathi Gujarati.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Schedule appointments, and maintain and update Chairman Managing Directors daily calendar.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, plan logistics, and submit expense reports.
- Screen all incoming phone calls, inquiries, visitors, and correspondence, and route accordingly.
- Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
- Manage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Immediate Joinee is preferable.
