Software Development Engineer III - Python (5-8 yrs)

Skills :

- Django, Flask, FastAPI (or equivalent Python frameworks).

- PostgreSQL, MySQL.

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable backend solutions using Python for high-performance applications.

- Architect, build and maintain APIs, microservices, and backend systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, and stakeholders) to design and implement new features.

- Ensure code quality by conducting code reviews, optimizing performance, and applying best coding practices.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex backend issues to maintain system stability.

- Optimize existing systems and improve the architecture to support scalability and high availability.

- Implement security best practices to safeguard data and applications.

- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on design patterns, development workflows, and coding standards.

- Leverage modern design patterns and principles for system development and ensure alignment with business goals.

- Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver new features.

- Translate business requirements into efficient technical implementations.

- Coordinate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and scalability of systems.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards, clean code principles, and best practices.

- Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure robust solutions.
