UX Designer - User-Centered Design (3-5 yrs)

Role Summary :

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer with a passion for creating intuitive and user-centered designs. As a UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure provided in the interaction with our products. You will work closely with our clients in Guwahati to deliver designs that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

Location : Hybrid working model with openness to relocate or work from Guwahati at our client's location.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.

- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.

- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.

- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.

- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Required Qualifications :

- B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.

- Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and other related design tools.

- Ability to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.

- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.

- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility concerns.

- Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.

- A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.

- Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
