Job Description:
- Artifex HR is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join one of our esteemed clients in the health and fitness industry.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for enrolling schools into our fitness programs, developing strategic partnerships, and managing promotional activities.
- The role requires a proactive individual who can build relationships, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and contribute to the growth of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
School Enrollment:
- Identify and target potential schools for program enrollment.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with school owners, principals, and board members to present and discuss fitness programs.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase school enrollments.
Strategic Planning:
- Ideate and execute strategies to expand business reach and program adoption.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine business development strategies.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective schools.
Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in educational institutions.
- Follow up with potential clients and ensure a high conversion rate from prospect to client.
- Maintain regular communication with enrolled schools to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for program improvement.
Promotion and Communication:
- Manage online and offline promotional activities to increase brand awareness and program visibility.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and community outreach programs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to stakeholders.
Coordination and Scheduling:
- Work closely with trainers to coordinate and manage their schedules for school training sessions.
- Ensure smooth execution of training programs by liaising between schools and trainers.
- Monitor the performance and effectiveness of training sessions and make recommendations for improvements.
Deliverables and Expectations:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for school enrollments and program subscriptions.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan.
- Conduct a minimum number of meetings and presentations with school stakeholders per month.
- Successfully manage and execute promotional campaigns and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with schools and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure seamless coordination between schools and trainers, resulting in high-quality program delivery.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the education sector and fitness programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
