The Content Head will lead the content strategy, creation, and distribution across multiple platforms and channels, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision, goals, and audience needs. Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy Development:
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the brands objectives, target audience, and market trends.

Team Leadership and Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content creators, writers, editors, designers, and other creatives.

Content Creation and Optimization:
Oversee the creation of content across various formats including blogs, social media, whitepapers, case studies, video scripts, product descriptions, and more.
Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for SEO and engagement.
Leverage data-driven insights to optimize content for both organic reach and paid campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure that content supports broader company goals, campaigns, and product launches.
Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and influencers to expand content reach and quality.
Editorial Oversight:
Ensure high editorial standards for all content produced, including grammar, style, and accuracy.

Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
