Job Description :

We at Meghavi Wellness SPA are seeking an experienced Architect/Project Manager to oversee the design, construction, and development of a premium spa outlet at Mumbai Airport. The candidate will have expertise in architectural design, project management, and construction oversight with a focus on creating high-end, functional spaces within airport environment .

Experience : 5+ years in Architecture, or a related field, with a focus on retail or commercial spaces.

Education :Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, or a related field.

Skills :

Design Skills

1. Proficiency in design software

2. Strong understanding of brand identity and visual merchandising.

3. Excellent creative skills in designing modern, trendy, and functional interiors and Exteriors at large Commercial spaces like ( E.g Malls , airport etc) .

Site Supervisor Skills :

1. Ability to oversee daily site activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

2. Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with contractors, labourers, and stakeholders.

3. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.

Vendor Management Skills :

1. Ability to identify, evaluate, and select suitable vendors and suppliers.

2. Strong negotiation skills to contract prices, terms, and conditions.

3. Ability to monitor vendor performance and resolve issues.

Personal Attributes :
