Job Description

Define the vision for your charter, and take audacious goals on each sub-charter
Break down vision into actionable problems, through a Problem first mindset and User-first thinking
Work closely with org stakeholders and steer the projects till impact
Closely study competitor and global benchmarks to identify new outside-in opportunities for growth

What you will need

Bachelors degree / MBA degree from a top tier institute is required
2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably managing growth constructs (e.g. Sales, Deals); also open to consulting experience, with exposure to e-commerce or retail- Structured problem-solving skills, 10X thinking, Extreme ownership
People management skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
