Lead - BD EV Charging (Kerala)

Role Description-This is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Lead - BD EV Charging (Kerala) at Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited in Kochi.

Key Deliverables-

• Managing team of Sales & Service Managers in the assigned region
• Building relationships with the key stakeholders
• Managing the escalations with customers and partners
• Preparing and refining pitch presentations, proposal templates, others sales and marketing collaterals
• Establishing & monitoring key sales processes and their implementations
• Regular reporting to management on the sales performance

Partnership

• Manage Partnership pipeline - location partners/ franchisees for regions
• Manage stakeholders with strategic Accounts Management for Corporate clients, Fleets, Realty Players

Sales

• Build & Manage strategic sales pipeline with the key enterprise clients/Partners (Fleet Operators, Realty Players, Corporates)
• Ensure achievement of targeted Sales order booking
• Ensure preparation and submission of regular national sales, service and partnership MIS

Service

• Monitor & ensure timely closure of service delivery for signed partnerships
• Ensuring smooth supply chain management Installation & Maintenance requests through OEM/Implementation partners. Managing escalations.
• Ensure compliance of SLAs & Quality across regions

Qualifications-

• BE/B.Tech - Preferably Electrical
• MBA - Marketing/Finance
• Knowledge of local language is a must (Malayalam)
• Prior experience of enterprise sales and business development
• Direct Sale exposure in EV charging
• Experience of handling teams
