Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring the workspace is organized and well-maintained.
Assistance: Provide executive support to the Founder, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and preparing documents.
Supply Management: Procure and manage office stationery, maintenance products, and other necessary materials. Maintain inventory levels and place orders as required.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and services. Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods.
File Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
Communication: Distribute letters, and other communications to candidates and office staff as needed.
Staff Support: Address and resolve office-related issues and ensure the needs of office staff are met efficiently.
Scheduling and Coordination: Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating office events, meetings, and other functions.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of office activities and transactions.
Order Processing: Should process website & Market place orders on a daily basis, and resolve any customer delivery queries.
Attendance maintenance : Maintain monthly attendance for the team
