Preference: Local to Gurugram, Delhi/NCR

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Must be ready to work in US Shift (7 PM to 4 AM IST)

Overview:
We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead brand visibility and lead generation efforts in the Data Management & Analytics domain. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in email marketing, content creation, social media management, and basic graphic design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute email campaigns and optimize for performance
• Create engaging content (blogs, whitepapers, videos, etc.)
• Manage and grow presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms
• Develop visuals: banners, infographics, short videos
• Plan and run multi-channel campaigns, track performance
• Conduct market research and share insights

Required Skills:

• 15 years in B2B marketing (IT/Tech domain preferred)
• Tools: HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe tools
• Basic video editing, banner creation, and graphic design
• Strong writing, SEO, and Google Analytics skills
• Understanding of data analytics is a plus
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
