MIS Executive - Accounts Department

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our Accounts Department. This individual will play a crucial role in creating and managing reports, dashboards, and data analysis using Excel, ensuring that our financial data is well-organized, accessible, and presented clearly to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow summaries.
• Design and maintain Excel-based dashboards to track key financial performance metrics, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
• Collect, analyze, and present financial data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights for management.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting by providing accurate data-driven reports.
• Ensure proper data integrity and accuracy in all reporting systems.
• Develop automated Excel reports using advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
• Support the accounts team with ad-hoc reporting requests and provide data analysis to aid in financial planning and strategy.
• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline data collection processes and reporting methodologies.
• Maintain and update MIS systems for efficient reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proven experience in an MIS role, preferably within the accounts or finance department.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of pivot tables, formulas, charts, and macros.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
