Senior Machine Learning Engineer - NLP (4-9 yrs)

We are looking for a Senior ML engineer who can be part of our team and work in an agile development environment. As a Senior ML engineer, you would be working with our team of engineers to ship quality products to the market. We are looking for someone who has a sound understanding of the fundamental design principles of software development.

Responsibilities :

- Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models to solve complex business problems.

- Identify the right datasets for solving the given problem.

- Build ML pipelines to process and train the data.

- Run ML experiments scientifically and analyze the results.

- Deploy solutions into production and maintain several models for fast experiments.

- Monitor and maintain deployed models, ensuring accuracy and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and related technologies.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.

- 5-7 years of experience building machine learning systems in a professional setting, with 3+ years of specialization in natural language processing (NLP).

- Knowledge of Language Modelling and NLP.

- Understanding and Experience of LLMs preferred.

- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or R.

- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques.

- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
