Job Description:

The selected candidate will primarily be responsible for equity research and portfolio management for listed companies both inside and outside the portfolio. In addition, he/she should also view this as an entrepreneurial opportunity to work as a critical team member across many other areas to help scale up the firm. Given the firms exceptional track record, pedigree, and profile, the firm can grow multiple times in the coming few years.

Responsibilities:

- Identifying, and conducting in-depth research and analysis on potential investment opportunities across multiple sectors

- Monitoring portfolio companies and taking the lead over the research as needed

- Creation of relevant networks to develop a deep understanding of new businesses & sectors

- Preferably also work actively and contribute in the areas related to new clients acquisition

- Contributing to the growth of the firm through various operational and other work

Qualifications (all the points are mandatory):

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field

- At least 5 years of personal investing in listed Indian equities and at least 3 years of professional investing in listed Indian equities

- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Extreme attention to detail

- Demonstrated passion for investing
