Job Description
Clinical:-
- To follow the S.O.Ps; process flows; & protocols for Paed. Department.
- To work as first point to patients care.
- To ensure the proper documentation & maintenance of patient records.
- To meet the Medical needs of patient calls; i.e., to equip. the hospital up to care standards, and to ensure the medical care to patients.
- Is an important link between the administration & the management
- To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital.
- To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.
- To Comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area
- To Comply with patient safety policy
- To ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal system.
Administrative:-
- Contribute to the development and strengthening of the department in collaboration with the existing team, administration, and clinical staff.
- Aim for medical excellence to achieve high-level outcomes, patient care, and satisfaction.
- Provide support for team management, staff training and development, and delivering scientific talks.
- Conduct outreach OPD sessions, both domestically and internationally.
- Assist in process improvement and increasing efficiencies within the department.
