Develop safety guidelines for control of vendors/sub vendors, PTW, work at height, night work, machinery safety, motor vehicle safety, and fall protection safety etc.
Visualize and provide direction to drive, sustain the EHS standards of the organization.
Advise employees complying with EHS norms, code of conduct & regulations.
To study hazards for new activities, spot the hazard identification.
Risk management at the project.
Documentation & ensure all policies are implemented as per company process.
Conduction Mock drill, identifying the gap and developing the action plan to arrest the gaps.
Daily site inspection and reporting issues in a timely manner.
Implement of preventative measures for possible incidents at the project.
Training at project level.
Stop any unsafe work actions and resolve issue by means of giving advice and possible solutions.
Organize safety campaigns, competitions, and other activities to develop and maintain interest of workers to establish and maintain safe work environment.
Organize toolbox meeting, induction programmes with the workers as required.
Ensure that PPEs is always in use.
Preferred candidate profile
BSc/Diploma /Degree in Engineering.
Diploma / post diploma / degree in industrial safety.
5-7 years of relevant experience in building construction Health & Safety Officer / Engineer.
8-10 years of relevant experience in building construction Health & Safety for Asst. Manager.
