Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage SAP data migration projects using Syniti ADMM/ADM.

- Analyze business processes related to SAP functional modules (MM, SD, PM, PP, PS) to identify data migration requirements.

- Develop and execute data migration plans, integration plans, and cutover plans.

- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities using Syniti ADMM/ADM, LTMC, and LSMW.

- Debug errors and develop LTMOM code for complex data migration tasks.

- Validate and harmonize data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

- Create and maintain data quality reports.

- Collaborate with on-site teams and client personnel to understand requirements and drive successful project execution.

- Facilitate blueprint sessions with client teams.

- Manage and guide a team of data migration specialists.

- Implement and execute change management and defect management processes.

Required Skills :

- Expert-level business process knowledge in one or more SAP functional modules (MM, SD, PM, PP, PS).

- Proven experience in leading and executing SAP data migration projects using Syniti ADMM/ADM.

- Strong hands-on experience with LTMC, LSMW, data loading, and debugging.

- Basic ABAP knowledge for debugging and LTMOM coding (advantageous).

- Proficient in SAP screens and Tcodes.

- Extensive data quality and data migration experience.

- Proficiency in data warehousing, data analysis, and conversion planning.

- Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server (preferred) : SQL query skills, understanding of SQL table structures, and relational databases.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable data migration plans.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA data migration.

- Experience with data migration methodologies (e.g., SDLC).

- Experience with data profiling and data cleansing tools.
