Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons to students, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
  
• Develop and implement curriculum plans, assessments, and evaluations.
  
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop teaching strategies and improve instructional practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in relevant subject (Physics/Chemistry/Biology) + B.Ed or equivalent qualification.
  
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a teacher or educator.
  
• Strong knowledge of science teaching methods and pedagogies.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective classroom management.
