Senior Staff Engineer - React.js (8-14 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and Design : Lead the design and architecture of robust, scalable, and secure frontend systems.

- Code Review and Debugging : Perform detailed code reviews and efficient debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Database and API Design : Collaborate with backend teams to optimize database schemas and API integrations.

- Technical Mentorship : Guide and mentor engineers, promoting best practices and continuous learning.

- Project Ownership : Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and ensure their timely execution.

- Performance Optimization : Enhance frontend performance with efficient rendering and caching techniques.

Qualifications :

- Expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.

- Deep knowledge of design patterns, debugging, and scalable system architecture

- Proven experience in database design and REST API integration.
