Job Description : MERN Developer

Work Location : Jaipur/Jodhpur

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of MERN stack developers, providing technical guidance, support, and coaching.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and technical architecture.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust web applications using the MERN stack.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and software development methodologies within the team.

- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure high-quality code delivery.

- Drive innovation and suggest improvements in development processes, tools, and technologies

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience 7+ years of working as a Software Developer with expertise in MYSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in leading and managing development teams.

- Familiarity with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) tools such as Sequelize, TypeORM, or Prisma for efficient and structured database interaction.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and web development principles.

- Experience in developing RESTful APIs, and microservices, and integrating third-party services.

- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related frameworks/libraries.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

- Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Prior experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
