Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for numbers and a sharp eye for discrepancies? Do you thrive in analyzing complex invoices, ensuring accuracy, and optimizing operational costs? If so, we're looking for you!.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payment Invoice Analyst (Issuer Operations) to join our team.

You will play a pivotal role in in managing operational costs and financial accuracy by reviewing and validating invoices from our issuing card and payment processing partners.

Your ability to identify inconsistencies, dispute incorrect charges, and collaborate with internal teams will be key to maintaining efficiency and cost control.

As a NetSuite Specialist, you will play a key role in streamlining our financial operations, enhancing system efficiencies, and delivering insightful reports and dashboards.

Your expertise in NetSuite integrations and automation will be critical in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability in our financial processes.

Your responsibilities will include :

- Design, implement, and maintain NetSuite integrations for automated invoice processing.

- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Configure NetSuite workflows and customizations to streamline invoice generation, approval, and payment processes.

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide key financial metrics and insights.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all integrations and reports.

- Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and tools.

- Stay updated with NetSuite's latest features and best practices to continuously improve our systems.

- Manage multiple integration and reporting projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.

Requirements :

- Proven experience with NetSuite integrations, including use of SuiteTalk or other integration platforms.

- Strong understanding of NetSuite's financial modules, particularly accounts payable and receivable.

- Experience in automating business processes within NetSuite.

- Proficiency in creating complex reports and dashboards using NetSuite's reporting tools.

- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

- Certification in NetSuite, such as Suite Foundation or Administrator certification.

- Experience with data migration and ETL processes.

- Knowledge of SuiteScript for custom scripting and automation.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with NetSuite, with a focus on integrations and reporting.

- Demonstrated experience in invoice automation projects.
