Join Tetr as a Social Media Manager!

Our social media manager will:-

- Develop and implement strategic social media plans across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and graphics, fostering positive interactions with our audience.

- Manage campaigns to drive engagement, increase followership, and support key initiatives such as student events and alumni engagement.

- Monitor and maintain the institution's online reputation by responding to mentions, reviews, and feedback.

- Analyze social media metrics, analyze key trends and ensure campaign effectiveness.

- Stay updated on trends and best practices to continuously improve our approach.

- Collaborate with teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.

Our ideal social media manager should have:-

- A Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 3-6 years of experience in social media management and online reputation management, preferably within higher education or a related industry.

- A strong grasp of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

- Experience in maintaining online reputation across various platforms, including review sites, social media, and search engines.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling them to craft compelling content and effectively engage with online audiences.

- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and digital marketing techniques.

- The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
