Associate.RBG-CRM Collection Support

To provide support to the back office function of collections.

• Should possess knowledge of commonly used computer packages like MS Office and DBase.
• Should have 2 -3 years of experience in an operations oriented job.

• Allocation of all delinquent cases of MashreqBank and Oman Finance among the Collectors.
• Check all cases marked for recovery. Prepare memo with reasons for Supervisor s review and update the note pad for each account.
• To check the accounts which require debit to credit the loan / cards account as per the list provided by the collectors and agreed by the Supervisor. The financial screen is to be made available only to be the supervisor and the debit function shall be Supervisor s job.
• To check the accounts linked with the returned cheques of credit cards and allocate to the collectors for calling.
