Senior Product Manager - Credit Card (1-2 yrs)

Location: Bangalore.

Role Overview:

- As a Senior Product Manager focused on Credit Card Products, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of Credit Card solutions.

- This includes understanding user needs, working closely with engineering teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving the product vision to deliver a seamless Credit Card experience.

- You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the product's compliance with regulatory standards and driving innovation in the Credit Card ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

- Define the product vision and strategy for Credit Card products in alignment with the company's overall objectives.

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies in the digital payments space, particularly within the Credit Card framework.

Product Development:

- Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including product planning,development, and execution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, operations, legal, and compliance to deliver on the product roadmap.

- Translate customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives into a clear product vision and product requirements.

User Experience:

- Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the product delivers a superior customer experience.

- Regularly gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the Credit Card product experience.

Stakeholder Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the Credit Card product, including internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies.

- Present product updates and strategies to senior management and key stakeholders.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure that all Credit Card comply with relevant regulatory requirements (e. , guidelines. from the National Payments Corporation of India NPCI) and industry best practices.

- Coordinate with the legal and compliance teams to ensure smooth product launches and. ongoing operations.

Data-Driven Decision Making:.

- Use data analytics to monitor product performance, identify issues, and uncover growth opportunities.

- Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and optimize product features.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancements that align with the evolving Credit Card ecosystem.

- Lead initiatives for integrating new features and technologies (e. , tokenization, real-time fraud detection) into Credit Card products.

Partnerships:

- Develop and manage partnerships with banks, payment processors, and fintech companies to enhance Credit Card offerings.

- Negotiate and manage service-level agreements (SLAs) with external partners.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.

- MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.

- 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably within digital payments, fintech, or banking sectors.

- In-depth knowledge of the Credit Card ecosystem and related regulatory frameworks (e. , NPCI guidelines).

- Proven experience in managing end-to-end product lifecycle with successful product launches.

- Strong understanding of user experience design, mobile app development, and API integration.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
