Job Purpose:

The core purpose of the job is to achieve business growth and gain market share in the assigned area by deploying and executing channel strategies. The role will also drive customer engagement to gain share of mind, share of shelf with key category influencers. Attain excellence in execution by achieving distribution and visibility objectives through effective training and working with front line team.

Excellence in Execution

Responsible for executing channel strategies and drive business growth
Meet distribution & effective coverage plans through frontline.
Achieve perfect store targets to ensure excellence in execution

Category Growth

Drive category growth through activations of Vets, Breeders and Pet Specialty stores in area assigned.
Responsible to deliver target and growth of DC retailers mapped to Pune DC.
Ensure customer engagement across channels.

Team Development

Develop & Coach front line team
Recruit for right talent and ensure no vacancy exists in market

Process Adherence

Adhere to sales operating procedures
Provide timely and accurate required MIS.
Effective and efficient utilization of trade spends and manpower budget.
Maintain hygiene in market

No culture at all, They hire and fire according to their need. They just use and through and that is why, they always have open positions. Chocolate market of Mars is not growing, Pet food industry is into too much stress. No HR role, as HR them self are on third party payroll.
